The State Government of Maharashtra on January 31, 2020, gives permission to open the Theatres and Cinema Exhibition Houses all time that means 24 hours of a day.
Whereas, the State Government of Maharashtra has fixed the hours for opening and closing of different classes of establishments vide Notification No. MSA. 07/2016/CR-2018/Lab-10 dated December 19, 2017. But in the interest of public Government of Maharashtra has decided to give permission to open the Theatres and Cinema Exhibition Houses all time that means 24 hours of a day.
Therefore, the Government of Maharashtra excludes the entry No. 3 of the Schedule relating to Theatres and Cinema Exhibition House form the Notification No. MSA.07/ 2016/C.R. 218/Lab.10, dated December 19, 2017.
