Under this service, we provide two distinct services. These are:
- Implementing of Compliance Tool
- In case, Organization does not have any existing compliance tool, then, we help them to implement compliance tool. This tool can be implemented across all level for all applicable acts including HR compliances. We do provide our support from finalising checking to mapping applicable checklist on compliance tool. We also ensure that before the product goes live, a proper training is provided to users and approvers. Post implementation, we also provide legal updates support to ensure that updated compliances are updated on compliance tool.
- Maintenance of Compliance Tool on client behalf
- This service is equally important for companies where it becomes challenging for them to follow up with multiple stake holder & Vendors. This consumes lots of their quality time to update compliances on compliance tool and approvers follow up with the users to update the compliances. It is also observed that high cost resources mapped to compliances and they spend most of their time only in updating the compliances tool and that result in lower focus on other important stuff. We, at IHRC, realised that our team actively works for multiple clients and is skilled with these regular compliances. We provide this service to clients who can outsource their compliance tool along with the compliances so that we do compliances and at the same time also update compliance tool too.
