Vendor Audit

Vendor / Contractor Audit is done Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly or Yearly basis to check the compliance health of the engaged contractors / vendors by the organizations. Client to client, audit requirement may differ based on their business needs. IHRC supports following types of vendor audits :  

Vendor Audits conducted remotely

Wherever data is provided in soft copy from the vendors, report is prepared remotely. Observations and Recommendations shared with clients based on the documents received on mail.

Vendor Audit from Corporate Office

Wherever the client wants us to conduct vendor audit from Corporate Office. Audits are done at client place based on the documents provided and physical inspection of the audit evidences.

Location wise vendor Audit

This model is mostly used by clients where local vendors are engaged by the local offices.
