As per the notification no No.F.7(121)-FB/AM(Vol-III)/2007/117-125 dated 22nd April 2025, no woman shall be allowed to work in any factory in Tripura between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., except under specific conditions. The conditions are provided below: -

• - Written consent from women is required if she is working post 7 p.m.
• - Adequate CCTV Surveillance & Lighting in the factory premise.
• - Safe Transportation facilities to be provided from factory to her residence.
• - Separate Rest rooms and hygienic toilet facilities.
• - Display notice informing women of their rights as workers.
• - Compliance under Maternity Benefit Act & POSH Act.
