1. Employee Onboarding & Initial Setup
  • Onboarding new/existing employees to EOR solution of IHRC
  • Drafting compliant employment contract aligned to local labour legislation
  • Employee contract review/approval with client
  • Collection and validation of employee KYC and mandatory documents
  • Registration of employee with statutory authorities (as applicable in country)
  • Local mandatory benefits enrolment (pension, insurance etc.)
  • Optional/voluntary benefits (where required and approved by client)
2. Monthly Payroll Management
  • Monthly payroll data collection from client (hours, PTO, bonuses, commissions etc.)
  • Application of statutory deductions, contributions and employer taxes
  • Calculation of net pay in local currency
  • Preparation of monthly payroll report for client approval
  • Execution of salary payment to employee
  • Payment of employer contributions and withholding taxes to relevant authorities
  • Payroll compliances (statutory filings, declarations, submissions)
3. Employee Benefits Administration
  • Implementation of mandatory benefits as per statutory requirements
  • Optional/voluntary benefits (where required and approved by client)
  • Management of benefit providers (healthcare / pension etc.)
  • Annual renewals of voluntary benefit insurances (if applicable)
4. HR Administration / Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Probation management, confirmation letters
  • Administration of time-off, local public holidays, and leave tracking
  • Processing statutory sick leave, maternity/paternity leaves, other statutory leaves
  • Amendments in compensation, role changes, address changes etc.
  • Annual statutory adjustments (minimum wage changes, tax code updates)
5. Client & Employee Support
  • Single point of contact for both client & employee
  • Support on payroll, payslip & benefit queries
  • Local HR regulatory guidance (general, non-legal)
  • Monthly payroll calendar, cut-offs & approvals planning
  • Access to account manager for escalations & service queries
6. Termination / Offboarding Management
  • Advisory on compliant termination options
  • Preparation of statutory termination notice and documents
  • Calculation of final payment, severance as per local law
  • Deregistration of employee from statutory authorities
  • Issuance of final payslip and employment certificate (as required by law)
7. Reporting & Documentation
  • Monthly payroll reports, payslips, payroll journals
  • Annual employee earnings report (if applicable in country)
  • Annual statutory submission reports (country specific)
  • Maintenance of digital document repository related to employment
