Following steps should be followed to check the EPF Passbook:

STEP-1: Download the UMANG App
• - Register using your Mobile No and create a 4 digit MPIN to log in securely.
STEP-2: Link your UAN to the App
• - Open the App, Tap on Epfo under All services section, Select Employee Centric Services, Tap on View Passbook, Enter your UAN Number, Click on Get otp, Enter the OTP and Click Submit, Your UAN will be now linked
STEP-3: View your EPF Passbook and check balance
• - Go to Epfo section, select view Passbook, Enter UAN and submit OTP, You passbook will be displayed showing all the transactions.
STEP-4: Download the Passbook
• - After viewing passbook, tap Download Passbook, Choose the time period, Tap download to get the PDF copy.
