As per the notification issued by the EPFO department having reference No. WSU/TransferClaimPt1/E-1163369/2025-26/33, dated 18th Sept 2025, members can now directly download the Transfer Certificate in Annexure K from the EPFO Member Portal.

Annexure K is an important document in the Provident Fund (PF) transfer process. It serves as a comprehensive record of an employee’s PF account and includes Provident Fund balance along with accumulated interest, Complete service history relevant for EPS (Employees’ Pension Scheme) benefits & Employment details of the member. This document ensures the accurate transfer of PF and pension service records when an employee switches jobs. This initiative is designed to enhance the member experience by minimizing reliance on physical offices and providing self-service access to essential documents.

Steps to Download Annexure K:

• ~ Log in to EPFO Member Portal and Go to Online Services
• ~ Click on Track Claim Status & Select Download Annexure K
