As per the notification dated 24th Nov 2025 having reference no F. No.10 (39)VENV/2021/6539-6556 the Government of Delhi in line with the Section 5 of Environment Protection Act 1986, directed the Establishments to mandate only 50% strength to work in the office and the rest 50% to work from home under Graded Response Action Plan.

Covered Establishments

• •All Government Offices under GNCTD. Provided that the Heads of the Department are available for the delivery of essential and emergency services.

• •All Private Offices. They must also ensure flexible working hours, strict compliance, and reduced vehicular movement.

Exempted Establishments - Hospitals, Fire Services, Water, Electricity, Sanitation, Municipal Services etc.
