ESIC has issued two additional notifications regarding the wage’s component, providing clear-cut examples to enhance understanding of the calculation and eligibility aspects. The notification also urges employers to promote SPREE (Scheme for Promotion of Registration of Employers and Employees), as the deadline for the scheme is approaching, i.e., 31st December 2025.
